Spinach Tortellini Soup
 Ingredients:
- 1/2 Medium Onion
 - 1 TBSP Unsalted Butter
 - 1 TBSP Minced Garlic
 - 1 pack of Cheese Tortellini
 - 5 cups of raw spinach
 - 1 can of Racconto Cannellini Beans
 - 1 Jar of Bella Terra Fire Roasted Tomatoes
 - 3 14oz cans of Chicken Stock
 - Parmesan Cheese to taste
 
Preparation:
Chop 1/2 Onion and garlic. Warm your large pan with the 1 TBSP of butter. Saute Onion & Garlic until tender. Add chicken stock and Fire Roasted Tomatoes to pot. Once heated up, add Tortellini and spinach and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes or until fully cooked.
