
Chimichurri Sauce
We adore chimichurri sauce. From grilled meat (it’s best friends with skirt steak), to roasted veggies and everywhere in between, its the LBD of sauces.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup packed Italian parsley
- 1/3 cup scallion
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup Red wine or sherry vinegar
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flake
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
Place garlic into blender or mortar & pestle. Mince. Add in vinegar, parsley, and scallion. Process and slowly add in olive oil. Once oil is added, add in pepper flake, oregano, salt and pepper to combine. Serve immediately.
