Sundried Tomato Dip


3 oz Racconto Riserva Marinara
1 oz Pasteurized goat cheese
1oz cream cheese
2 oz Racconto Basil Pesto
½ loaf of Italian table bread sliced on 1” diagonal


Mix goat cheese and cream cheese until smooth. Spoon 3 oz of Racconto Riserva Marinara sauce into an oven-safe baking dish. Place cheese mixture in the center of the sauce and bake for 10 minutes. Spread top side of bread slices with the basil pesto and bake for 8 minutes until the bread is golden brown. Arrange basil toast tips around the baked goat cheese and serve.
