Baked Feta Pasta with Roasted Tomatoes
- 16 oz Cherry tomatoes
- 1lb Racconto Penne Pasta
- 5-6 Cloves Fresh chopped garlic
- 4-5 TBSP Racconto Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 Cup Tomato sauce
- 3 TBSP Racconto Grated parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil
- 9 oz Feta Block
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. In a baking pan, crumble feta in the center of the pan and surround with the washed cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle your chopped garlic over feta and tomatoes and drizzle 2-3 TBSP of olive oil all over the cheese and tomatoes. Top with seasonings and bake for 30 minutes.
While baking – cook pasta until al dente. Drain. Take out your feta tomato dish and lightly mash everything together. Add your drained pasta and mix well!
