1 lb Racconto Rigatoni
1⁄2 lb broccoli florets, steamed
1 Roma tomato, sliced thin
1⁄4 cup Racconto Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
2 Tbsp Racconto Grated Romano Cheese
Cook pasta according to package directions. Heat olive oil in a large skillet; add garlic and tomato, and sauté two minutes.
Add steamed broccoli, season with salt & pepper to taste. Add cooked pasta to skillet. Add grated Romano cheese to pasta/skillet and mix well.
