
Sweet Potato Gnocchi with Sausage
Ingredients:

1lb Racconto Sweet Potato Gnocchi
- 1lb Brussel Sprouts
- 4 Apple Chicken Sausage Links

2 Table spoons butter
- 2 Teaspoons of Chopped Sage
- 1/4 cup Racconto Grated Parmesan Cheese
Preparation:
Boil water and fully cook the Sweet Potato Gnocchi. Meanwhile add Brussel Sprouts to air fryer and cook at 400° till almost fully cooked. Chop sausage and add to the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes.
Add air fryer contents, cooked gnocchi and butter/sage and mix in serving bowl. Top with Parmesan cheese and enjoy.
Add butter and sag
