Sweet Potato Gnocchi with Sausage

  • 1lb Racconto Sweet Potato Gnocchi
  • 1lb Brussel Sprouts
  • 4 Apple Chicken Sausage Links
  • 2 Table spoons butter
  • 2 Teaspoons of Chopped Sage
  • 1/4 cup Racconto Grated Parmesan Cheese


Boil water and fully cook the Sweet Potato Gnocchi. Meanwhile add Brussel Sprouts to air fryer and cook at 400° till almost fully cooked. Chop sausage and add to the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes.
Add air fryer contents, cooked gnocchi and butter/sage and mix in serving bowl. Top with Parmesan cheese and enjoy.
