Cauliflower Gnocchi with Pesto Seared Brussel Sprouts



  1. In a Large sauce pan – combine garlic, onion and a heavy pour of EVOO – Fry til crispy!  Add in chopped brussel sprouts and stir generously.

  2. While the other ingredients are cooking. Add the Racconto Cauliflower Gnocchi to a pot of boiling water and let cook for 2 minutes.

  3. Strain and add to the chopped ingredients in the sauce pan. Add in 4-5 tablespoons of Bella Terra Organic Pesto and give it a good stir to let the ingredients marinate.
